Amazing design and functionality
I loved both the toiletry bag and the backpack!! I am fascinated by their design, the materials used, and the color of both products. The "Barbour green" of the backpack and the vibrant orange of the toiletry bag. I've never had such beautiful backpack and toiletry bag. Of the backpack, I would also highlight its functionality, due to the number of compartments it has, for carrying the computer and tablet, the possibility of carrying it by the side handle like a travel bag (very useful if you carry another backpack), its strap to attach to the trolley, etc. It's amazing!! Thank you!

Magnificent bag
Just as described, good finishes and materials, it's perfect for my daily use to carry my work materials. It arrived in a very short time and perfectly packaged, which is appreciated, and I also like to take care of every detail as you mentioned in the note, and I value it a lot. Thank you very much for such a well-done service.

I ALREADY KNOW THE LEATHER SUITCASES. IN FACT, I HAVE 3 THAT I USE DAILY.
I REALLY LIKED THIS ONE BUT THE OUTER LOWER ZIPPER IS HARD TO OPEN BECAUSE I SUPPOSE THAT WHEN IT WAS SEWN, IT WAS A BIT CONSTRAINED.

The delivery service could be improved. The transport company GLS told me on Friday that they were unable to deliver to the pick-up point because it wasn't available at 19:00. That is not true, as I specifically chose a store that is open every day continuously from 09:00 AM to 01:00 AM. They should monitor the service provided by the contracted shipping company, as it leaves much to be desired and makes me reconsider future purchases.

First Experience
The shipment arrived earlier than expected. The packaging is carefully done, and the handwritten note is also a nice detail.
The product, at first impression, is very good; the rest will be determined by time.

Very careful attention in everything...
Very careful attention throughout the whole process, from purchasing with complete detail, billing, to receiving the product and ensuring everything is not just correct, but excellent. Nuria Herrero, a professional who ensures that the product she sells is excellent, with extremely high quality and attention, I reiterate, absolutely more than professional. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything and I will definitely repeat.

In the acquisition of the Mand backpack-bag...
In the acquisition of the Mandi WOW backpack-bag, the interior personalization of "your name" is quite poor.
It is almost impossible to distinguish and does not match at all in clarity with the images provided on their website.
It is noticeably improvable.
