The online store was simple to use and purchased items shipped and received in a timely fashion in North America.
Improvement (nothing to do with online store) - a couple of the metal castings for miniatures had so much extra metal on them that faces were distorted and in one case the slot for the leg to attach was completely filled with excess metal and had to be drilled and carved out before attaching the leg. This was not normal amounts of flashing, and surprised me as Corvus Belli normally has much higher quality control than this.

Better customer support, received the wrong order - bad - they try to coerce us the Buyers to use our time to fix the mistake in their behalf, with no apology, no incentive, just a simple rude “sometimes mistakes happen”, wtf?!
Will avoid as much possible to buy directly from CB.

Great as always, this time the goods even came long before expected, delivery was free of charge, but express delivery came on top, thank you.
Nice customer service to be mentioned aswell, as I wanted to have a little additional order to my preorder. It was no problem to combine them into one.

Tremendously cute
I buy two times: the first time is during a black friday and I receive also little gifts (dices, one pin and one patch) and the second time during a preorder, dispatch in only four days!

I have enjoyed Corvus Belli’s Infinity since 2015
I have enjoyed Corvus Belli’s Infinity rules, scenery items, and miniatures since 2015 and since the two stores in my area closed that sold their products, I have purchased almost all my Infinity items from their online shop. The checkout is quick and so is delivery to the US.

Free shipping rate is way to high but the service is correct, send quite quickly and well protected.
Too bad the store is badly programmed, I've have a lot of trouble validating my basket and everytime it downloaded me without asking the selling conditions...

The website works really well. However, it would be good if you could find another shipping company than DHL. They charge an arm and a leg in customs fees. I don't mind paying the taxes that I owe to my government. However, their admin fees are really high.

Buying from Corvus Bell since 2015
I have been collecting Corvus Belli Infinity miniatures and books since 2015 because I like the diversity of the figures (mix of male & female models) in the packs and because purchases made online are easy to do plus delivery to the US via DHL is quick.

The layout and ability to view the models is very useful, but I do find the grouping can be a bit erratic where I see troops in infinity listed under sectorials, but none of the models in the blister or box are part of that sectorial.

Product is great. Free shipping to Canada is appreciated :) The awkward cart interface in frustrating. Adding a product freezes the rest of the screen with no way to tell that's what it's doing. That needs to change.

Good place to get your infinity fix. Only had one miss packaged item (remotes leg part), and when I reported it to them, they send a replacement for it and have. Been bying from them since 2019

Prompt, good communication. Uk shipping quite expensive. I tend to buy from FLG but the 60% Aristeia discount offset the expensive shipping. I barely resisted the tohaa/spiral core bundles too!
