I bought the Backforce One Plus. It took only three days between order and delivery. I would say that's really quick. The assembly is relatively easy. Only the routing of the cables for the lumbar support could be better designed because it's very tight. Despite this, I give it five stars because it's nearly negligible.

Fast delivery, good product. The pillow could be made of memory foam; the current one is hard and a bit uncomfortable. The support could also be improved, as the elastic band on the back touches the light and forces you to position it incorrectly. The armrest would be great if it could be raised at least one notch, as when sitting in a normal position, your arms don't rest completely on it. And since we're making requests, the seat tilt is fine (attack/normal/high?), but I'd like a higher position to give that submarine-like feeling that doesn't let you get out of the seat.

Very comfortable chair with lots of attention to details, high quality materials and options to adjust the different parts to your liking. I’m quite tall (1.95m / 6.4 ft) and it’s plenty big enough. The foldable armrests were the USP for me. On the negative side, there is on screw that is virtually impossible to tighten with the provided Hex key. The screw is located exactly behind an adjustment ‘rod’ so you need to use a clamp and strength to tighten it. The manual and video elegantly skip that part. For the price, I expect a better design for that part.

Entgegen des ursprünglichen Zwecks als Gaming Stuhl nutze ich ihn mehr als Arbeitsplatz. Aber auch nach 8 Stunden Arbeit noch top.

I love the ability to customize the chair. My seat feels comfortable. It's exactly what I needed.

I’m 187 cm tall, and while the Backforce V Plus is officially rated for users up to 192 cm, I found some serious limitations in its ergonomics for taller people. • The headrest is not adjustable and sits far too low. Instead of supporting the head or neck, it presses uncomfortably into the upper back or shoulder blades, making it unusable for me. • The automatic rocking mechanism offers only 4 levels of resistance. Unfortunately, I find the settings either too weak or too strong, with no fine-tuning possible. The overall build quality is solid, and materials feel premium, but the ergonomics fall short if you’re on the taller side.
