I’ve been a Rosenthal client for years! From the very beginning, their customer service was second to none, helping me select the perfect pieces for my new Junto dinnerware — which I absolutely love! — and over the years, that level of care hasn’t wavered one iota. The same exceptional service is still there today: quick responses, seamless deliveries, and a team that is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find this level of consistency in customer service, and Rosenthal has it down to an art. I’m a client for life.

Great online service equals a very satisfied returning customer
I was just so happy to be able to replace my broken and chipped dinnerware. This meant getting just the right number of each piece without having to buy a complete set. And the pieces I needed were on sale which I didn't expect-a happy surprise. Not only was it easy to place my order, but my order arrived much sooner than I expected. Well done, Rosenthal!

My Wife Loves Her Brillaince Fleurs
During our recent stay at the gorgeous Post Oak Hotel in Houston TX my wife was enamored with the beautiful tableware in their stunning breakfast room. So for Mother's Day I purchased the same Brilliance Fleurs dishes and we both absolutely love them! Big thanks to Christopher at Rosenthal who answered all my questions and made purchasing these beautiful pieces of art a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you Chris!!
