In genuine a fine web page and delivery service. But the last two times I've ordered from web, I've recieved the package at the wrong post terminal. In a different city, that I ordered it to. I contacted the costomer service on Messenger, and didn't have an answer until after the delivery. Not helpfull at all.

I bought a set online to Valentine’s Day with a gift card. It was too small, so I went down to the shop, so I could change my order. The shop didn’t have my size (xs) in the buttom, so I couldn’t unfortunately get a set on the day. After a half hour I was ready to buy the top. The shop assistent told me, that I was forced to use cash besides my gift card, but I did have 500Dkk on my gift card and because the shop never have my sizes home or on the shop, I know I don’t get to use my gift card on other stuffs. So after 50 minutes I went home with an empty bag. So unfortunately a really disappointing experience…
