Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern about the amount of plastic used in the packaging.
Some orders require extra protection to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged. At the same time, we are actively working to reduce plastic use wherever possible. The packaging materials we currently use are, as much as possible, made from recycled materials, and we avoid the use of virgin plastics.
We also recently invested in a new machine that turns waste material into protective filling material, helping us make our packaging process more sustainable.
