very good some years ago, poor quality now
Some years ago onliprinters worked very nice. After some years I used onlineprinters again (to print 2500 folded leaflets). I am very disapointed by result. Coated paper is far from white color. Black text on this grey paper is not so contrast as on the white paper. Pictures are not bright. Very big difference when compared with the same print in other printhouses and when compared with good quality of onlineprinters some years ago. After sending complaint I was informed by onlineprinters that paper features can differ in different orders and this is ok from their point of view.
My conclusion:
preparation of leaflet content is hard job including preparation of the right photos, tuning of the right colors and tuning of overall appearance. It is pitty, if such hard work is devalued by poor print result. So I have no choice - I will not use onlineprinters anymore.

poor print quality
The poor print quality is a big disappointment. A few years ago I used online printers without any problems, but now things have changed. I ordered 2500 folded leaflets and the print quality is very poor. The coated paper is far from white, so the texts are without contrast and the images on this grey paper are not clear. After complaining I was told that these paper properties can vary from order to order, so from their point of view everything is fine. But I don't want to play roulette whether my order will be printed in good quality or not. I have no choice, I have to end up with this printing supplier.
