Worst experience ever, your business is a real scam. We paid on Thursday morning for a same day delivery and the flowers were only delivered on Tuesday ! On top of that, no response from your side for over 30 hours ! We tried to contact you by phone, email and web contact, but to no avail. And when we did get a response the next (!) day, we got different answers from different people. Even on the day of the delivery, one of your colleagues said that the flowers were delivered (even if your tracking system said no) and 20 minutes later another colleague said that we needed to forward the delivery address as you couldn't find it ! But the flowers were delivered that day (6 days after the expected delivery date !) and I only knew because I contacted the office the flowers were sent to. The tracking still today mentions that the order is being processed. Worst of all : still waiting for an explanation or excuse.

The Flowers & Delivery

The Flowers, Where Nice but Delivery, was Awful. They Just put the Package in front of the House in which several residents are living. The Package with Damaged and the Recipient, was not informed that the pack is front of the Door. I could Only inform the recipient because of my Tracking Information.

Terrible experience

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my sister’s house for a special occasion, and I was extremely disappointed. The flowers arrived completely wilted and lifeless — clearly dead on arrival. What was supposed to be a thoughtful surprise turned into an embarrassing experience. Not only did the flowers look nothing like the photo online, but they were brown, drooping, and unusable. It’s unacceptable to deliver something in this condition, especially when fresh, vibrant flowers are what’s being advertised and paid for. Shocking service, flowers arrived 3 days late and in a distressed and wilted condition, missing the birthday they were ordered for. customer service offered nothing but an apology and 20% off next order I wouldn't order from them again if it were free, avoid at all cost

horror and dissapointment

Ordered a large emma bouquet for a birthday. The flowers came wilted and the bouquet was anything but large and looked nowhere near as pink as the picture. It honestly looked like a basic supermarket bouquet you'd get for 10-12 euros tops. We had to go and get some more flowers to spruce up this disaster ... never again. By far the worst flower service I've tried.
