STAY AWAY

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid over £50 for flowers for a very important occasion and trusted this company to deliver them on time. First, I was told the flowers would arrive a day later than expected, which I reluctantly agreed to because I understood delays can happen. Then after that, I received another email saying they could not even fulfil the order at all and were offering a completely different replacement bouquet to arrive even later. At that point the delivery date was completely pointless. What is the point of taking orders if you cannot actually fulfil them? The whole situation was handled terribly, communication was last minute, and it caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. I genuinely regret not checking the reviews before placing my order because clearly this is not a reliable company. I will definitely not be using this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

weird but OK

The flowers were delivered on time and looked good. Their automated email system is broken. I was notified that the delivery was going to be late and that an attemp had already been made to delivery the flowers but failed (whic is not likely).

Our flower order, which was supposed to be delivered today, has still not arrived. Despite paying an additional fee to ensure timely delivery, the order was not delivered as expected. This has been very disappointing for us. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the service we received for such a special occasion. We would appreciate an explanation regarding this issue. Based on this experience, we do not consider using your service again in the future.

The flowers are great, but the delivery company not at all, was supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend, but the delivery company ended storing the package in their warehouse and my girlfriend had to go to delivery office to claim their package,

Beautiful flowers

Fast delivery. Professional service. Beautiful and plentiful flowers. I had the flowers sent to Belgium, I’m in the UK, and both the recipient and me were delighted by the quality and amount of the flowers. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Ich habe heute einen Strauß zu morgigen Muttertag von meinem Sohn per Post erhalten. Der Strauß hat teilweise verwelkte und abgebrochene Blumen. Im allgemeinen nicht frisch. Sehr schlechte Qualität

Flowers didn’t arrive on the day they said they would

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my partners birthday. Said next day delivery, which is why I ordered them and they arrived the following day. I guess this is due to DPD and not them, but a more reliable delivery partner would be better

A great improvement would be to deliver on the exact date as ordered and not the day after and deliver the exact flower bouquet as ordered according to the pictures on the webpage.

I have order flowers and teddy bear for a new born. Despite that on the tracking link confirmed the deliver, after I was informed 6 days after that it was not the case. This is a moment that I will never recover again. And worst I was only informed 6 days after and because I insisted that found it stange that the receiver did not send any feedback. Worst service I ever worked with and I will never use it again not on a personal or professional level.

Flowers for delivery

The flowers are being delivered by a Courier Company who are not looking after them as a fragile item. The box was very damaged. This delivery method should be reconsidered.
