Waiting over two months for something that was initially expected within days is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers — especially when you were planning to perform with the modules by January. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been. You are also right to point out the issue with the shipping estimates shown on the website. When supplier timelines shift repeatedly, automated “next week” estimates can become misleading, and that understandably feels frustrating — as you described, like a carrot on a stick. That’s not acceptable, and we’re actively working on improving how we communicate uncertain supplier lead times. Regarding compensation: we’re sorry you felt that no gesture was made. That’s something we should have handled better in this situation. We would genuinely appreciate the chance to look into your specific order again and see if we can still make this right.
