Good but takes time

Good price, product 100% original and new. Long delivery times and I had the impression, my order arrived just on time before I needed it because I called and asked for it :)

The bottom line is I recieved my order, so that is good. But the communication was confusing and overall lacking. I mean when I spoke to anyone (via phone or email) they were nice and all so no problem there. I was assured my item is in stock by the CEO via email. Then I ordered it, payed upfront. Then I was told that it’s not in stock because the manufacturer doesn’t have it and it’ll take 4-5 weeks. In the end I’ve waited six weeks for the delivery with responds for my emails coming after 2-3 days this was frustrating to say at least. But as I said in the beginning - the order was delivered in the end so besides the communication it ended okay.

Poor communication of shipping times

It took over two months for my order to arrive which was supposed to take only a couple days. Twice when asked (once after 2 weeks and again after over a month) I was told it would arrive soon, but it didn't. I was really disappointed as I was hoping to perform with these modules by January. The info on the website telling me it would ship next week throughout those two months were like a taunting carrot on a stick. Really irritating. To then not even be offered a tiny recompense as a good gesture was also disappointing. I don't think I will order here again unless I have to, because I have apparently no reliable way of knowing when my order will approximately arrive.

Good experience despite the reputation I have seen on other reviews online

I have noticed some bad reviews about this shop only after I ordered some very expensive gear, so I immediately wrote them. They replied to me and kept me updated along the whole process of shipment. Their replies were in average slower than other websites and I had to wait slightly longer than they said but in all honesty I think It was a good experience. And I think that what has freaked some people out Is that they don't use autoresponders and they dont overcommunicate, so I see how that could generate some anxiety in some customers.

Volt=TOP FedEx=K*T

Nu driemaal iets gekocht bij Volt, steeds prima service, goede producten. Een annulering was met één bericht geregeld. Fantastisch! Ik zou háást besluiten om nooit meer bij de Duitsers bestellen. Over de gebruikte vervoerder ben ik echter iets minder enthousiast. Als je in de gelegenheid bent je pakket thuis te ontvangen zal de service van FedEx vast oké zijn, maar bestelling die bij een pickup-point terecht komen worden mijns inziens niet met gepaste waakzaamheid bewaard. Ik moest mijn ‘Make Noise Tempi’ onlangs zélf uit een schap zoeken, waarna ik hem mee mocht nemen zonder overleg van afhaal-code of legitimatiebewijs. Wel werd nog om mijn naam gevraagd, maar die had ik gewoon van het label kunnen lezen. Belachelijk! Geen veilig gevoel, gezien de gemiddelde waarde van muziekinstrumenten.

communication was poor. Questions didn't got answered. Payed more for this item than on other places. Chose to pay more with the promise it would be delivered on time. (as was mentioned on website). But also it was out of stock as with other suppliers. Could have saved 20 euro if the info mentioned on the website was accurate. When asking about this, no answers. Will choose other shop next time.

Tricky web site.

I ordered the mic in warehouse so I thought that they will shipped it in a day or two but after I contacted the support they said that they are in vacation mode and promised me the next day shipment. Two days later I contacted them again with the explanation that they expect the shipment, so I wanted to cancel my order as they don’t have it in stock. After that they gave me the shipping number, so I agreed to get the order. The expedited Fedex shipment took like 8 days. I received it from Latvia not Netherland. Very nerve wrecking experience, specially as I found out similar experiences by other people too. Not my kind of store for sure.
