Slow, inpersonal customer support

My parcel got damaged to the point of being destroyed during transport by the logistic company, no fault of bike-discount of course. But handeling the replacement/return of the parcel and replacement by a new bike is incredibly frustrating. Days without any answer and when it comes its a standard model text thats being sent to me. I am being asked to wait for someone to contact me for progressing this case and I dont hear anything for days. When calling I am being transferred 3-4 times to different departments to finally speak with someone responsible. A quicker and more personal customer support could really benefit bike-discount.

Poor packaging and damages on items

Our last two orders were packaged very poorly. Many items were scratched because components like cranks and cassettes were packed together with handlebars, seatposts, and other parts without any additional protection — everything was just placed in one box. I would like to point out that we were compensated for the damages in the first order, which we appreciated. However, our most recent order was packaged in the same way, and again several items arrived with minor damages. Please pay more attention to packaging and separate the items into different boxes, or at least add protective materials around parts with sharp edges.
