Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here

Good and practical website, lower than market average prices and lots more options than the local shops.
There is also lower price guarantee so they match the lowest market price for a product.
The only negative sites are the user interface of the website (bit outdated), longer delivery times and stricter constraints for item return & refund. There is a minimum price for an item to be returned and refunded free of charge.

Fast and reliable each time
Great inventory, very competitive prices and very clear about stock and when an item will be in stock again. Ordering is easy and so is returning items as long as they are in their original packaging.
Just really needs iDeal payment option for us Dutchies. Also could benefit from a bit more technical description concerning compatibility on certain parts like wheels, hubs, individual brake parts and so on.

I did not receive tracking link for my bikes delivery but issue was solved promptly by the customer service. This was my second bike purchase from Bike Discount, first bike had assembly issues but this one was proper out of the box. I wonder the separate delivery of pedals and side stand, in my opinion they could be delivered together with the bike. In all I'm quite happy with the two eMTB's delivered

Missing components
The package was missing essential components, which presumably was the fault of the manufacturer. Bike discounts were excellent in sending out the replacement components for free once I emailed them. However, their policy online made it seem I would need to pay to return the entire package at my own expense, which angered me. Can't fault their excellent customer service once I reached out by email.

Solid bicycling web shop equipped with high-quality service
I like the variety of offering. There's enough where to select from. Shop could add fat bike parts more to their offering. E.g. special fat bike suitable cranks, bearing cartridges, cassettes and cassette bodies could be in the offering. Shop personnel packs goods into solid cardboard boxes and they use their wisdom of ways to pack. This time the delivery service (DPD) was very good and fairly fast.

I REALLY Like how everything is at such a good price , every time I wanna buy something thats way too expensive I just head to bikediscount nad find that same product with 50-60% off . Its amazing . Bike Dicount tho shouldnt have a 15$ shippingg because when I wanna buy something I will have to waitt for my friends to buy so that I can put my product in their's order to avoid paying 15$ for shippinh

Best webshop for bike related stuff
I would say this is the best webshop for bikes/bike equipment. I ordered more than 5 times (and looking to order again soon) and everything went perfect. Once there was a problem with some cleaning fluid as the bottle was broken but everything got sorted really fast by their support team and I got a new cleaning fluid a few days later.

Good communication during the order.
They kept the dates provided, no delays.
The courier was a bit slow on the DE side and I had contacted bike-discount about it and they escalated with them.
The order was properly packed and arrived without any damage to the box or the fork.

This time between payment and delivery is uncomfortable. Many people don't check email info on mobile phone. The best way is sending SMS or Wats'up/messenger info (day by day) : "your delivery is waiting". People are looking for fast buying in internet, so waiting for goods makes them wonder.

The price is unrivalled even when you add duty. What would improve the service would be the addition of duty at the shopping basket and therefore reduce price even further by not paying a handling charge at HMRC customs - other companies do this with great success

Great On-line Shop for MTB
You guys only need more offers on shipping to help with shipping costs. DHL is asking for whatever they want now. That is the only suggestion for improvement.
Besides that, they have all the best parts and brands on MTB you can possibly need. It was the only place (literally on the planet) where I could find my tires.
Great experience, great price, great everything.

I really like the outlook and filters that the Bike-Discount website provides and as a loyal customer I spend hundreds of euros here every year. Downside: €4,49 for every order under €100. I often have items which are under €100 so I either wait to accumulate enough items to avoid this or search the item at a competitor. Result = bitterness over the fee and loss in sales for Bike-Discount.

A big choice of bicycle parts and accessories or all kinds, very good pricing, reasonable shipping fee for outside Germany and also, compared to other shops - fast shipping and delivery. I usually don't have to wait for the parcel to reach Ireland more than a week. I bought at two competitors from Germany and had to wait for 2-3 weeks. Hence I do most of my bicycle related shopping here

Found what I needed, paid, 2 day delivery time, easy. Really don't like to pay 4 or 5 Euros for shopping unless your shopping cart has a certain amount however it's everywhere so I'm not complaining. Just a heads up, next page has you rate stars on customer service, if you get chosen to write about your experience, I didn't need help from them, kind of feel like that part is not needed

Excellent bike stuff.. really impressed.
Picked up cycling pedals and shoes this time. Very good prices, lots of quality discounted items, shipping quick and well packed. Will buy again and would highly recommend. The only little issue that could be improved is making it easier to amendment orders when payment has been made but prior to shipping. International phone call required presently. Returns incur usual charges.

I bought a wheelset and lots of smaller things, and they all came exactly as ordered. I live in Denmark and ordered Wednesday and i had the packet following Monday.
If you want to become better, you should start creating video guides for your products and let customers add reviews for each product. I also really like if a product text is detailed and not just empty marketing.

BikeDiscount has a very good and very easy to use website.
They consistently have the best prices on the Web and have stock when others are out of stock.
Delivery times are good and I'm kept informed as to the progress of my order.
I have bought from BikeDiscount for several years now and have always been happy with their service. I will continue to use them in the future.

Very good and trustable store. I have been using their services for several years now.Last time there was an unfortunate incident. The torque wrench was stolen from my package, but the bike-discount.de customer service returned the money to me for the damage caused by the postal service. Basically, it's the postal service's fault. The store is definitely worthy of praise.
