Shop is selling second hand/dismantled items. I purchased Newmen Advanced A.50 carboon wheelset which according to manufacturer website should also include rimless tape (unapplied) and STREEM tubeless valve set. The item I received got rimless tape already applied onto the rim and tubeless valve set was missing. Customer service was very rude and did not acknowledge any wrongdoing, for them it's ok that valve set is not delivered as, quote "there was no photo of valve set in the pictures on our website". I am now disputing this purchase in consumer rights body.

you have to find a better transport company. since 19/12 the bike was delivered to DHL and till today, inspite my noumerous telephone and emails the bike has not yet arrived to Greece. all kind of excusses. terrible company.
