Many customers praise the overall quality and sturdiness of the products, as well as the stylish, beautiful, and practical design of the suitcases and bags. Fast and efficient shipping is noted by several buyers, and customer service is often described as helpful and responsive. Careful packaging and included extras are also appreciated by most, and the price is generally considered reasonable and in line with the product quality.

Très beau !
Très bon rapport qualité prix, la couleur est jolie et le design aussi.
Pour les couleurs claires, je recommande de prendre une housse de protection.

Order delivered to a different address, not even in the UK!
Placed the order 6 days ago. Had an email to tell me my order had been delivered. It hadn’t even left the Netherlands and had been delivered back to the depot. I’m in UK. When I emailed customer services I was told by Sophie to check with my neighbours and the surrounding area first. I had already send Sophie a clear image of the information showing the item was still in the Netherlands, so she clearly didn’t read my email. She then said I had to complete a form to move on with the order and for it to be looked into. The customer shouldn’t be filling out forms. The company needs to take this up with the handler, fill out any forms they need to and provide the customer with the goods. Shocking customer service so far. Someone is supposed to be getting in touch with me on Monday, but I don’t hold out much hope.

Kvalitné spracovanie a luxusné detaily ju robia skutočne výnimočným kúskom.
Som maximálne spokojná a značku SUITSUIT úprimne odporúčam všetkým, ktorí hľadajú spojenie elegancie, funkčnosti a luxusu.
