The shoes are described as running one size larger, but unfortunately this was absolutely not the case. I followed the sizing information provided, and the shoes were actually too small. The model is also surprisingly narrow and squeezes the foot, especially around the forefoot and toes. In my opinion, the shape has very little in common with what I would expect from barefoot footwear, where the toes should have enough space to spread naturally. Very disappointing, especially since the barefoot design and sizing information were the main reasons I chose this model.

En la devolución del producto, no habeis devuelto todo el dinero, habeis cobrado el transporte. Me pareceria bien si solo hubieramos devuelto el producto. Pero hemos hecho un cambio por una talla menos y habeis aprovechado el mismo transporte de envio para devolución, ppr lo tanto es como si lo hubierais cobrado dos veces. Es injusto.

When I ordered the shoes, you told me that the delivery would be within 2-3 days. And when I saw that the shoes did not arrive on time, I sent an email asking you not to send me the shoes and to refund my money, and you did not respond. Finally, the shoes arrived only after 6 days and we left this address and now I have no way to collect the shoes.
