En la devolución del producto, no habeis devuelto todo el dinero, habeis cobrado el transporte. Me pareceria bien si solo hubieramos devuelto el producto. Pero hemos hecho un cambio por una talla menos y habeis aprovechado el mismo transporte de envio para devolución, ppr lo tanto es como si lo hubierais cobrado dos veces. Es injusto.

And when I saw that the shoes did not arrive on time, I sent an email asking you not to send me the shoes and to refund my money, and you did not respond.
