Delivery was fast enough and prices acceptable. Only minor was that Techocell seat cover to my CR250R 1992 Honda. It was hardened too much by time and would not stretch like new ones. There is still line in the midle of seat from rear to front which will not straighten. And rear end of the seat, never had so big problems to strecth seat cover over rear looking good. And I have had much more difficultier seat covers to put in place. I guess it has been very long time in the warehouse and in the paggage. After all, everything is fine and I will purchase items from GreenlandMX in the future again!

5 weeks to deliver an item. Initially out of stock but this wasn't comminucated for 3 weeks. I sent several messages to their support person before any response. Then it was supposedly delivered but hadn't been. I asked for my money back - no response. About 5 days later it arrived. If you want stress and poor communication then consider this when you purchase. Previously I've used them without too much delay etc. I'm definitely worried by their lack of customer service really. Not sure if I will use them again when other companies exist. The caveat is I ordered in the Christmas New Year break. Even so they were work days when I ordered so.....5 weeks seems a real long time to wait.

Delivery service was bad. Poor communication among GreenlandMX, courier and customers. Very difficult to contact the GreenlandMX and the courier. Courier didn't deliver the goods on the scheduled day and I waited for the goods at home the whole day. Courier re-delivered the goods to my house on Saturday instead of the scheduled Monday. Luckily I was at home at that time. What a mess!

Delayed delivery and poor communication

Until now I was really satisfied by Greenland. This time, it seems that there were problems with the availability of the parts ordered. Announced available, not sent within the announced deadlines, difficulty to reach customer service and get an answer… too bad. I finally got the parts, but later than I expected.

Communication was very lacking, my order took way too much time get to me (about a month) They eventually got back to me after several attempts to contact them, only after I went over their head and contacted the manufacturer directly, but GreenlandMX did eventually get it right

Zero communication. My shipping address was and still is listed correctly on my account, but after placing my order the shipping address set as my billing address. After three emails and online forms, no one responded and the items arrived at the wrong address.

Thanks for contacting us and share your experience. We have checked the payment has been done by Express Paypal service, so you have selected the destination since your Paypal account. Perhaps you entered the address that was saved by default on this platform, and not the one you had selected in your GMX account. The expedition was made 2 business days ahter its registration so we couldnt change the information before. Our international customer service have received only 1 message from you after 2 weeks, so it was impossible for us to do anything. We hope we have clarified your doubts Best regards GMX team.

Trying to return anything is a real pain! Almost four weeks after receiving the product, I cannot return it since they do not answer my e-mails and don't send me the shipping label for the shipping company — very bad post-sales customer support.

After that, the delivery was succesfully on time 24h after. You have requested a free return but as we have confirmed you by mail, we havent found any incidence from us or transport agency. Photos do not correspond to the reference

For certain items sold on the website, the photos do not correspond to the actual product. For my first order, I based myself on the visual but, on arrival, it was not the right model. I had to make another order but I'm not sure of the model.

Mau apoio ao cliente

O pedido chegou como planeado. Mas o apoio ao cliente está a ser muito mau… já tentei contatar a greenlandmx pelo menos 6 vezes por e-mail devido a um defeito do produto e para já sem obter resposta nenhuma..

Hemos comprobado que las piezas que solicitó pertenecen al grupo KTM que por lo general tienen un plazo de aprovisionamiento a nuestras instalaciones de 5-7 días laborables. El pedido salió dentro del plazo indicado y llegó a destino 4 días laborables después tendiendo en cuenta que se trata de una expedición intercontinental. Tal y como indican nuestras políticas de devolución, fuera de la unión europea no gestionamos las devoluciones directamente con nuestra propia agencia, pero el cliente puede hacerlo por sus medios a través del servicio de transporte que prefiera. Hemos comprobado que usted adquirió dos referencias originales del grupo KTM que presentan un plazo de aprovisionamiento de 5-7 días laborables. Lamentablemente hubo un ligero retraso suplementario de 4 días laborables que se le indicó por email los primeros días tras su compra y por ello le pedimos disculpas. Respecto a la devolución, tal y como indican nuestras políticas de devolución, nuestra empresa no gestiona las devoluciones fuera de Europa con nuestra propia agencia, pero puede gestionarlo usted mismo sopesando los costes de envío y aduanas correspondientes.
