Sport Conrad is good in so many ways, but shipping is not entirely one of them. They sent out the skis I ordered very promptly (thanks for that!), much more promptly than a French company where I live, would have. Unfortunately, however, they continue to use UPS which I have consistently told them is a problem in France. I live in an apartment building (a "residence") with a coded front entry. I have given the code and my phone to Sport Conrad. However, every single time a delivery is to be made, the driver neither rings, nor leaves a failed delivery notice. I am always waiting for a call to assist the driver. A 'delivery attempt' is claimed but this is a lie. The package never comes. This time, after I saw a text about a failed delivery, my wife chased down the driver in Chamonix where we live. He claimed not to have my phone or the door entry code. This may be UPS's fault, but I've alerted Conrad to this several times so they bear co-responsibility, IMO. What I would prefer is a different carrier. Failing that, I would like a delivery option to be a UPS access point. At the very least I think Sport Conrad should follow up with UPS France about this recurring problem. I can't reschedule deliveries to other places where I go to collect, without a UPS "info notice" of failed delivery nd a new UPS number on it. I never get this as the driver never leaves anything. This time I paid for a relatively prompt delivery (so an extra charge), but the UPS rescheduled my delivery by a day for no reason at all. They often do this as well, which has nothing to do with getting inside my apartment building. This means that the object never leaves the local UPS distribution center (Annecy). Very, very annoying.

I usually buy from Conrad and typically the service was perfect, but for this specific order unfortunately I have a complaint. The bindings were mounted not correctly. I asked for 318 mm boot length, they were shorter, about 1cm. Luckily, I was able to adjust by myself turning the screw, because luckily there was enough space for moving the rear binding back, but this was just by chance. The mounting point as a result I fear will be a little beat back vs recommended, but hope not feeling this difference just for 1 cm. I also add that it's not clear , from the website, how to raise a complaint on a specific order, you are asked to fulfill a generic form, instead of having the direct complaint link from the order.

Buenos productos y precios, pero devoluciones horribles

Buenos productos y buenos precios. Pero compra solo si estás completamente seguro de que no vas a devolver nada. Una devolución desde España sale por unos 40€, pues tienes que ocuparte tú de todo. Podrían asumir un acuerdo con el transportista de manera que, aunque pague el cliente, sea a precio ventajoso ofrecido a la empresa. En Ekosport por ejemplo es así: imprimes tu etiqueta de devolución vas a un punto de recogida y te descuentan una cantidad razonable por el transporte (unos 10€).

Hi Unused goods can be returned to Sport Conrad within 14 days (after receipt of the goods). Please note: For returns from all other countries, return postage is at the customer’s expense. Send any returns to the below-mentioned address: Sport Conrad GmbH Am Bahnhof 4 82393 Iffeldorf. Kindly include a copy of the invoice. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase value to the account used for the original order. Please note that for an exchange you will have to place a new order online. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense for any newly ordered items with delivery address outside of Germany. Postage will only be reimbursed in case of incorrectly delivered or faulty goods. Please Note: • We will not accept returns, which have been sent postage free. • Used items may not be returned.

As communicated to your service, UPS stinks, they haven't been here with a note in my P.O.BOX - even they say so (meaning he lied !!)- further they placed the package in a hash/hashish boutique in the center of the town where it's impossible to park - instead of in the circumference. Very bad experience - use GLS, they're much better :-) The product's good and the service from Conrad good and fast as well :-)

I purchased alpine ski set with mounting of the binding. Although I repeatedly provided precise mounting instructions, we spent two days discussing arguments why they will not mount ..... I had to finally accept order without mounting as Christmas was approaching. So I was left with feeling that order was not fulfilled properly and I paid for mounting which was not done.

Mala gestión de envío internacional

En un envío internacional, han cambiado el código postal dado por el cliente, lo cual ha provocado un retraso en la entrega. Además el embalaje de las botas de esquí, era pésimo. Venían sin ningún tipo de protección y sueltas en una caja demasiado grande, sobre todo si tenemos en cuenta que el paquete debía viajar de Alemania a España.

Why I only give one star is because, shipping to Iceland cost to much! Out Iceland in same rate as Norway, Swiss because this countries is not in EU but are together in EFTA. It is cheeper to ship to Svalbard wich is a island far north than Iceland! Do something about you shipping coast it was not like this 2-3 years ago!
