I had a very bad experience with the drivers for delivery, one last item was supposed to be collected when they delivered other items, there was a misunderstanding and a mistake was done from their side, I was harrassed,called several times a day by different people, one driver even sent me a WhatsApp message , which I found it very unprofessional,as they were trying to locate a missing item,and I asked for a copy, just to maybe see who signed for a missing item and they didn't have any.

I ordered some bowls on Dec/Jan, I was unhappy with the way the item look vs what it looks like on the website. I then ordered some pillows this month, I had them delivered to work place. Tell me why the pillows weren’t covered, everyone saw what I ordered. I was not pleased
Swim wear non-return annoying, Takealot pick up good
Very useful to use the Takealot pick up points and returns. I just found it odd that swimwear is not exchangeable as it comes with the hygiene strip and is no different to buying in a store and returning later. Won’t buy swim wear again.

The current brands are just expensive and with low quality.
