Not everything Superbalist sells is of good quality so its disappointing to get something that looks good on the website but when you get it... not so great, the problem is when you pay more than you should - price it right then I'll know its rubbish. Some items are difficult to tell sizes, different brands have different sizes and it's difficult to establish a sizes. Can you not consider one size range option (whether its UK or EU or SA) but trying to convert sizes doesn't always work. Also the thing with W26 L28??? Put a real size on it, I'm really not interested in researching sizes its not my passion, I believe you as a retailer and expert in retail, should do this for the customer.
Compared to other online traders, especially when an exchange is necessary, Superbalist stands out. They make the exchange process so seamless, there's no need for phone calls or complicated arrangements with courier companies. The online shopping experience has truly never been this easy.
Loved everything from day 1 as a varsity student. Everything is perfect including refunds.
What you can only improve is more promotion/special promotion for special purchasers recorded.

My sons clothes were in good condition when recieved thank you. Even the sizes were as ordered.
Products should be packed better especially expensive items should be in branded packaging
