I'm beyond impressed with Superbalist's service, absolutely top-notch. i buy from them alot and they have never let me down. My most recent order was a few items from H&M for my son. the very next day, they were ready for collection at my nearest Take Alot pick up point, super efficient. Unfortunately, my son must've had a growth spurt overnight because the clothes too small :-) and exchange wasn't possible as bigger sizes were sold out. I logged a free return immediately and dropped the parcel the very next day. The process was smooth from the start to finish, and I received my refund within 2- 3 working days. Thank you for delivering excellent services.
