Since initiating the exchange request in December 2025, I have consistently received the incorrect shoe size, despite multiple assurances that the matter would be resolved. To date, I have received six incorrect replacement pairs. While your team has responded to my queries, the issue itself remains unresolved after three months, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.
I have deliberately not requested a refund, as I genuinely want the correct pair of shoes. However, the repeated errors and the prolonged delays have caused significant inconvenience.
I have also requested the contact details of a manager or senior representative to escalate this matter, but the online consultant assisting me now, has refused to provide these details and appears to be attempting to close the enquiry without resolution. This approach is extremely concerning and does not reflect the level of customer service one would expect from Superbalist.
I request that this matter be escalated to management immediately and that a definitive resolution be provided without further delay. Failing this, I will have no alternative but to escalate the matter publicly and seek legal advice regarding my consumer rights.
I trust that this issue will now receive the urgent attention it requires.
