The product I received is not okay
The product I received is okay, but it doesn’t exactly match the advertised picture. There are noticeable differences in appearance, which was a bit disappointing
I was disappointed that the product doesn’t match the advertised pictures. I even requested an exchange, but the replacement I received was exactly the same as the first one. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue.

Purchasing from Superbalist is a fairly good and simple experience, but some of the items purchased were bad quality, however returns were simple enough too, and I give Superbalist a pass because I have an awesome pair of DC's thanks to them.
