Return and Exchange
This was my first time requesting an return and exchange, communication was poor throughout the process. 4 business days later i only received communication about the return item and nothing about my item that i exchanged for a different size. I have no idea what is happening what with my return and exchange i feel like i am kept in the dark and it has been an entire week and i still do not have my exchanged iteam. I hope the Superbalist team improves on their communication moving forward.
Love my purchases. I have previously bought my husband a pair of nikes, they are counterfeit. Not even the same size. I don’t think I will purchase shoes again. But I will definitely order more bags. Thanks
