Everything was perfect
Dear Superpolis Team,
I would like to rate my recent order and share some feedback regarding the service.
Overall, the service has been good, and I appreciate the effort from your team. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to refunds. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the money should be paid directly back into the customer’s bank account, rather than being credited to the Superpolis wallet.
At the moment, I have been waiting for my refund for the past two days, and I would appreciate it if you could please check and provide an update on what is currently happening with my refund.

Effective Exchange Process
I ordered a pair of heels for my mom. The first pair was too small for her, so I submitted and exchange request online, which was completed within 2 days. I loved that the exchange of the smaller pair took place with an immediate exchange of the bigger size. Thanks Team!
No "back" function on the app
On the app, there is no back button, which makes going to a previous category impossible. It instead takes you to the main menu or main search after clicking on an item. This can be frustrating.
Otherwise I enjoy using Superbalist.
They are always on time and i don't have a problem with their stuff everything is good what could do beter is inform people immediate when their is something wrong with their package/s like when they do exchanges
It would have been 5 stars but I scheduled the collection of the return for Wednesday, and they came to collect twice before then. If you offer a scheduled selected date, then you should collect on that day.

i have a problem with your sizes everytime I buy things that i know to be my size, but no when i get them is either they are too big or small.
