The only thing that was a pain, was my order was confirmed for Monday, but then it arrived on Saturday. Because my address is at my office, I had planned for the Monday delivery, but rescheduling didn't help and it still arrived at my office on a Saturday, and had to be rescheduled for the Monday anyway. When we choose the free delivery date, we usually plan around those, so it would be better to stick to them (even though an early delivery is nice, it's not always convenient).
Great site but poor ranges of men's clothes
The site and service are amazing. But the range of good clothing for men leaves much to be desired. Looking for a plain fitted t-shirt? Good luck. If you do find one, they're usually out of stock, especially in small/medium sizes. Often feels like the men's clothing on Superbalist is all the stuff people didn't want at the stores.
