Ordered on a Friday evening, was told that items would be delivered the next week Wednesday/Thursday via email Wednesday came and went with no delivery. Thursday came still not update on the app, I emailed, no response, I phoned I was told I would get an sms for delivery some time that day. Then got the same response to my email. Eventually got told items won’t be delivered that day. Then all of a sudden Thursday evening my items went from processing to confirmed and was delivered the next day, Friday, Customer service was nonexistent. Especially because I had to phone and find out what’s happening and then the agent could not even give me a proper update. I was then lied to to say the items was still in JHB, but the app showed that the items left JHB the Saturday, the day after I delivered. I have been shopping with you guys for years, but I can say for the last two years I have not been happy, the deliveries take longer, if things are sold out you only find out after the fact, and this situation just hit the nail on the head. I believe you guys have just become comfortable with your customer base and now there is no extra effort to ensure your customers are happy.

Too much fast fashion. And lack of transparency on brands' sustainability practices. Particularly beauty brands. Need more clarity on which brands are cruelty-free, vegan, have recyclable packaging etc. Enjoy shopping here less and less these days, and would honestly rather seek out other retailers who are clear about these things.

From the app being user friendly with the bargain of coupons and vouchers, to customer care being Very polite, attentive and priorities customer service not to mention the delivery team being communicative, helpful yet respectful. ❤️❤️❤️
