Quick and easy process when you purchase items and quick delivery
Enjoy the specials. Delivery was smooth. Please let us keep items in cart for longer and provide very clear warning when cart expires. My cart was reset when a purchase glitched and I had to find everything I wanted to buy all over again. I ended up buying less because I felt rushed to check out and secure the items. An email was only sent to me much later on asking if I wanted to try repurchase the failed transaction.
Cart expiration needs to be reviewed. Huge turn off for customers when profit is more important than user experience & satisfaction.
I ordered the wrong size because I wasn’t paying attention. The exchange process was very quick and easy. Collected the incorrect shoe and delivered the new pair within 3 days. Amazing

Delivery was on time and clothes are good quality but I wish Superbalist could delete items that are out of stock not showing them as available then when you want to select then it shows at out of stock. This would save us time and just know what is available
