I've never had to struggle with delivery of my items

Failure to Deliver Order, Poor Communication & Refusal to Refund (Order No. 28741169) Order Number: 28741169 Order Date: 16 December 2025 Waybill: MDX173163072 According to Superbalist’s own tracking: • The order was placed on 16 December • Items left the CPT warehouse on 17 December • Delivery was scheduled for Monday, 22 December • On 22 December, delivery was delayed due to “courier delay” with a promise to reschedule • Delivery was then scheduled for 24 December between 08h00–17h00 Despite this, no delivery took place. What is most unacceptable is that no one from Superbalist contacted me proactively. I had to start calling from 23 December to find out what was happening with my order. I was then informed that the parcel had been sent to the wrong branch. After that, no follow-up or updates were provided. On 24 December, after calling again, I was told the order still could not be delivered because they do not have a driver. I offered to collect the order myself from the branch, which was refused. I then requested a refund, which was also refused, even though Superbalist failed to deliver the order, failed to communicate, and failed to offer any reasonable solution. This order includes Christmas clothes for my son, and due to Superbalist’s negligence and lack of accountability, my child was left without his Christmas items. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and disappointment. Superbalist has taken my money, failed to deliver the goods, and is now refusing to refund me. This is completely unacceptable and goes against fair consumer practices🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

I literally feel like Superbalist is my biggest option over going to the mall, it’s actually my online mall. Very convenient shopping experience with diverse stores and good daily deals, what else could I ask for.
