App glitch and no remedy
Happy with superbalist, for years - a recent glitch in the app caused miscommunication around delivery expectations, this could have been avoided initially, and rectified when I approached support about the issue, but they did not do anything to remedy it. They said I should have known about the delivery, but their app did not communicate properly. It makes me hesitant to use them in the future.
