Not only did my order arrive late, but it was also completely incorrect. I received the wrong item, in the wrong size, and even the colour did not match what I originally ordered. To make matters worse, I was charged for expedited delivery, yet the item was delivered a full week after the requested date. Despite this failure to meet the promised service level, the expedited delivery fee was not refunded, which is wholly unacceptable. There was absolutely no justification for such a significant error, especially considering this order was placed mid‑month and not during month‑end, when higher volumes might at least explain operational delays. If this level of inaccuracy occurs under normal trading conditions, it raises serious concerns about your ability to manage peak periods such as Black Friday. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect this matter to be urgently reviewed and resolved, including a full refund of the expedited delivery fee and clarification on how such errors occurred.
