I have been with Superbalist way before it changed its name to Superbalist and it was 'something boxes'. I love the concept and the experience and I especially loved the quick turnaround time when goods were ordered. It has gone from receiving your good the next day to 4 or 5 days later which it quiet disappointing. Other than that love the brands, prices and clothing. Would appreciate more variety with the sleepwear, swimwear, shoes and Sneakers.
I like that u guys do not take long with deliveries.

Disappointing service and support
My only delivery options were either paying an extra R70 for next-day delivery, or waiting until Monday with the standard heavy delivery option. I paid the extra fee specifically because I needed the order delivered the next day.
That clearly did not happen. On top of that, the agent I contacted ignored my concern and did not provide any meaningful help or resolution.
This has been extremely inconvenient. I expect either the delivery to be prioritised immediately or the rushed delivery fee to be refunded. Customers should not be given the option to pay extra for expedited delivery if that service cannot actually be fulfilled.
