I am pleased with all the items, with the exception of one that did not fit my son. I initiated a return for this item along with two others from a separate order. While the two items from the other order have been credited, the short has not. I've observed that the return request for the short was canceled, despite it being collected by a Take A Lot driver. Could you please clarify the process for tracking the driver who collected the items to ensure I receive credit for the returned item?

I like the fact that the order does not take long to be available for collection, and also recently I had bought shoes and had to exchange them because of the size, and it was easily done without any hassles, they even arrived earlier than I had requested.
I was hesitant to buy a dress, as size, suitability etc. But dress arrived quickly and the return (was not suitable) was very easy and money was refunded without a problem.
