I liked how quick the turnaround time was to deliver!
I’m not happy with the amount of times lately I receive incorrect sizes/ items, marks on an item. It is so inconvenient. Twice I’ve received an item marked incorrectly and then there’s no stock when I need to get the correct size! In general I use Superbalist frequently because I love it but I am disappointed lately.
I really like how quickly delivery get to the pick point and it doesn’t matter is in the township or urban area like manlyn your service is always a top tier service. Well done .
Deliveries are always on time, and the times I had to return/exchange an item, there were absolutely no hassles at all. Items are authentic and exactly as described

I love how easy it is to order, and everything always arrives so quickly. On the rare occasion that something does go wrong, it’s sorted out quickly and professionally. Impressive customer service.
One thing I’d love to see improved is the product photography. I’ve ordered a few items where the colour looked quite different in person compared to the photos, which was disappointing. More accurate images or videos would really help.
Also, it would be amazing if you could link the other items the model is wearing in the product photos—if they’re available on your site. That would make shopping even easier.
