One of the products I bought had a defect, and I could not get an exchange because it was the last stock. I was not happy, mainly because it gave me the impression that there was no due diligence reserved for the last stock, and this could have easily been avoided. However, because of the inconvenience this institution offers, I will make purchases in the future.
I love everything about Superbalist service. From looking for a product, placing the order, being updated about the product's whereabouts to it's arrival.
