They meet the expected delivery time. I've been ordering since 2019 and not once have I been disappointed. This is what I'd like to be improved on the site.
1. Reviews should be done on the app on the item you bought after delivery and include pictures.
2. A better search function
3. Improve the filter option, look at temu/shein for inspiration.
4. Adding a deliver time because we aren't always at home an do not trust people with our orders.
5. Adding an option to write a message incase someone is buying a present for another person.
6. Add more collection points especially for us in rural towns, we do not have pick up points. This would attract more customers especially the ones in rural areas.
7. Introduce more brands on to the site like forever new, Forever 21, old navy.
My bed linen and jacket are such great quality. The delivery is always on time, I never worry when I order.
I am happy with the items I purchased now complaints but you are no longer giving me discount vouchers why??
