I was looking for an appropriate gift for our 50th wedding anniversary. Having visited the Murano artists on a trip to Italy, i knew of the artistry and creative products. I found the perfect item, the Lovers’ Sculpture, One Love, which was reasonably priced. They were quick, by international standards, to confirm the purchase, to notify me of preparation for shipping, and to confirm its arrival in the US, and to determine an arrival date. It is now securely hidden.away in order to surprise my wife at our celebration. I couldn’t have found a better partner for gift-giving.

Change your return policy. This is the 21st century where Amazon rules the world. If your product leaks and doesn’t work correctly (a cologne bottle spray) I should be able to return it! Instead, pouring cologne into it made is “used” and not eligible for return! How else could I find out if the piece is functional than by pouring cologne into it? I obtained a refund from my bank, not from you. For goodness sakes Original Murano Glass, wake up and correct this ridiculous policy.

A beautiful maurano glass cat figurine. I was however very disappointed that the actual height was 3cms less than stated on my online purchase. I was also unable to contact OMG on the online email address to advise of the size discrepancy.
