I received the wrong product, emailed the customer services with the photos, but got no response - it has been 3 days. I don't know what to do, I got no product and no money, and no customer service.

As we were only able to initiate processing after receiving your postcode, this has been somewhat delayed.
According to DHL shipment tracking, the parcel has already been transported to the destination country and will arrive in the next few days.

Once I had made the decision to buy and placed the order I was anxious to get it asap and contacted the company on 2 occasions and was very promptly answered . Would not hesitate to do business with them again .. well done all round
