Being UK based with associated "Brexit issues" supplying (and even paying for) the board we wanted to order was complicated as it wasn't covered by the standard Batronix automated ordering system. Customer service by http://www.batronix.com/ staff, especially Mr Joel J. was extremely good, his manual intervention managing to find a means to satisfy and deliver my order to my great satisfaction. The board supplied is a Batronix designed (so unique to Batronix board) therefore good documentation is important - the 50+ page manual supplied (actually both English and German copies were included) was outstandingly comprehensive, a good example of Best Current Practice for such manuals. The board itself was very well designed and implemented working well immediately with simple and clear instructions in the supplied 50 page manual leading to good results and great customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Great selection of engineering test/measurement equipment. Prices are good and they often have promotions across product lines. Most important, they accurately quote stock and delivery times. If they say its in stock, it is. If not, they say when it will arrive and meet that timeline (or ship early). Finally, they can be trusted. I've bought more than a dozen products from them and they always deliver. They communicate, they are easy to reach.

Pleasant display. Use of the manual is essential (at the beginning) as some functions are difficult to find. The "Adjust" button is a little too sensitive, as the choice is often changed when you press it to confirm. But the most annoying thing is the constant noise of the fan. It gets really annoying in the long run. Batronix service is beyond reproach: - price offer with a slight discount. - immediate shipment.

I got a DOA bench PSU. After initial diag at their premises, the team was very supportive and managed to get the unit quickly repaired by the manufacturer. Excellent communication with notifications about progress and status changes.

I ordered a RIGOL SDM3068 it was sent DHL and come to Finland in about a week. comparing it against my Fluke 8506A and 731B verified it to be within it's specifications. experienvce is equally satisfactory as the 2 previous purchases of 2 Owon 100MHz oscilloscopes from Batronix
