Faultless T&M shopping experience. Batronics has been around for a good while and they currently have a good selection of "value" T&M equipment. Web store front is clean, well organised and informative. Prices are competitive for the equipment I purchased or at least looked at. Sensepeek PCBite system itself (my last purchase) is brilliantly designed and engineered. It is not cheap, by any means, but it seems peerless in its price bracket.

Batronix excels at customer service - they are technically competent and are my go to company for electronics. In this case a recent power supply unit. Batronix are a pleasure to deal with. Mit Batronix habe ich einen Händler gefunden, der voll und ganz zu seinem Slogan "Innovative Tools. Exzellenter Service" steht, vor allem was den zweiten Teil angeht. Seit dem Beginn meines Elektrotechnikstudiums kaufe ich meine Messtechnik hier und bin ausgesprochen zufrieden: die Preise sind hervorragend, der Versand erfolgt meist noch am selben Tag und vor allem die Vertriebsabteilung antwortet sehr schnell auf E-Mails. Auch als ich mich einmal bei eine Angebotsanfrage vertippte und fast eine Lizenz für ein Produkt bestellt hätte, das ich nicht besaß, kam aufmerksam die Rückfrage, ob ich tatsächlich jenes Produkt meine oder nicht das vor einiger Zeit gekaufte. Beispielhaft! Sollte ein Artikel der vertriebenen Hersteller mal nicht im Shop auffindbar sein, konnte man mir das i. d. R. auch beschaffen. Kurzum, ich weiß, warum meine erste Anlaufstelle auch weiterhin Fa. Batronix bleibt.

I have bought from Batronix on two occasions. The first was a €500 BX48 programmer perhaps two years ago. I have twice asked for added support for new devices and both times I was helped quickly and without discussion. The second purchase was about two weeks ago, an R&S MSO oscilloscope with a few accessories. Batronix keeps their own stock, so they could deliver immediately and not 20 weeks later. The price was competitive and the support through the whole process was excellent. I highly recommend Batronix.

I like the service quality and prices, but the shipping estimates page mentioned that the Postal Premium Parcel will have transit time of about 5-7 business days, which turned out to be not true. 8 business days have passed already, and the parcel has still not been handed over to Canada Post, their tracking page currently still says "waiting for parcel". I relied on the shipping estimates. If I knew it can take this long, I would have chosen a different shipping method, because I need the product now.

I was able to get a discount without any problem. The delivery was very fast (3 days), I received my order in the morning at 10am and well packed. I am completely satisfied after checking some of the many features of this RIGOL MSO5074 oscilloscope. Thanks again to Mr. Joel Jesussek and the whole "BATRONIX" team.
