Faultless T&M shopping experience. Batronics has been around for a good while and they currently have a good selection of "value" T&M equipment. Web store front is clean, well organised and informative. Prices are competitive for the equipment I purchased or at least looked at.
Sensepeek PCBite system itself (my last purchase) is brilliantly designed and engineered. It is not cheap, by any means, but it seems peerless in its price bracket.
I ordered a BX48 BATEGO II and received confirmation three weeks ago that it had been packaged and was ready for shipment. After that I've heard nothing except noticing that the amount was withdrawn from my bank account two weeks ago. A week ago I created a support ticket and was told that they'd look into what happened and later that it had shipped from their warehouse and that I "should get automatically an email from us". That was a week ago and still nothing.
The product (Rigol DS1054Z) arrived fairly quickly and in perfect condition to Hungary, with all the licenses preinstalled.
The overall price was lower than what I can get here.

Fast shipping and good support. I placed an order with Batronix for a set of test equipment and calibration standards. The items were shipped immediately. Unfortunately one of the cables from my order arrived damaged, however their support sent me a replacement as soon as I let them know.
