Dear sir, madam, We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your order at WKK. We understand the inconvenience of having to pay for shipping after placing the order. We are currently investigating how we can improve this - perhaps by charging a flat fee for shipping. For all of the orders placed through our French webshop, we communicate beforehand that shipping is ex works – so either calculated by us after the order has been placed, or the shipping has to be handled by the customer.
