The quality of toys are just excellent. The books are amazing and generally we are really happy about it. Unfortunately I have to say couple things that make me unsatisfied and that's why the four stars. When someone pays a generous amount of money for that purchase,they expect to be everything good organised and on time.. I have experienced many times problem with the delivery and the customer service I would say it's not that fast which is really frustrating sometimes. So that's my answer to the question what could you do better. However , I suggest it to everyone because the most important thing is how amazingly these toys are designed and how they really contribute in our child's development.. And for that I am grateful.

Great product - packaging and delivery good. However, seriously and unnecessarily ‘way overpriced’!!!!
