I (and my two daughters) absolutely LOVE the books and the play kits! The quality and durability of the toys, the way kids explore and adore them, the way they learn, the themes of the books, how the books help them go through key milestones, etc.
Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, so I probably can't afford the subscription any more... I suggest that they offer other cheaper alternatives: subscription to only book bundles, a "reduced-play-kit" subscription (with boxes with fewer items), etc.

I would give ten stars if I could! The quality of the toys is outstanding as well as the details that come with each box!
My son loves every toy, they keep him engaged and have definitely aided the development of my 4 month old! I relish in the fact that I know each kit help him to grow at each stage! Thank you for developing such wonderful toys and kits to make parenting that little bit easier and more enjoyable!

Play kits are great but customer service can be better
Play kits are great! I love everything about them: the materials the toys are made from, the toys selection, the play guide and even the presentation on the box, it is exciting opening it with my kid.
My not so good experiences are due to the customer service. If you make a question, they take days to answer back. The first time I contacted them, they spend more than a week on replying.

Great product. Customer service could be improved.
👍 Top Quality: Excellent quality of the toys and very good tips on how to use the to interact with your baby.
👎 Slow Delivery: Delivery was on the slow side (around 5 working days).
👎 Slow Support: It took the agent at least 48 hours to answer each one of my messages. I had to follow up in more than one occasion. On the upside, the responses were useful as they helped to resolve the issue.

Beautiful well designed toys
I absolutely love how the toys look and feel, they are high quality, I do feel a little over priced, or maybe just over my budget, so I won't be able to maintain a subscription. I will purchase again when I feel the playkit matches our needs and can afford it!

I love the toys kits and so does my baby! We don't buy anything else; she enjoy them a lot and I see how she improved her skills and investment new games with the same toys. The service is also excellent! I lost a piece and could replace it very easy. The only think I'd like to have is the ability to buy loose parts from other kits especially books!

The quality is top-notch! Customer support is nice and helpful, and the packs of toys are really tailored to the developmental stages. No more researching and spending lots of time trying to find out what to buy.
I would really like to have access to more products, which I can only now see on the US website.

Easy to build and great for storage. I bit the bullet and bought the play shelf even though it’s pricey it’s the best one I found with soft angles and the storage compartment. My little girl has been enjoying the height level it offers to her. She likes holding on the corners to stand (9mo)

As a first time young mom lovevery had made playtime with my baby so much easier. Knowing I’m doing the very best to help her development makes me soo happy. Every toy is amazingly made, sturdy and we will keep it for generation. Can’t wait for new kits to come.
