The package was "missplaced" by the delivery company but Customer Service at Lovevery was very helpful and arranged it so I received my package in less than 48h. The product arrived in perfect conditions and we are already ussing it with my 3 months old baby. I bought the play mat and the Sensory Strands accesory which I am not using at the moment, I think it is too soon for my baby, he is not able to reach but I hope I use it soon.

I (and my two daughters) absolutely LOVE the books and the play kits! The quality and durability of the toys, the way kids explore and adore them, the way they learn, the themes of the books, how the books help them go through key milestones, etc. Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, so I probably can't afford the subscription any more... I suggest that they offer other cheaper alternatives: subscription to only book bundles, a "reduced-play-kit" subscription (with boxes with fewer items), etc.

Such a great company - I love their mission, vision, the way the've created a seamless digital experience and, most of it, I love the products! I've gotten the 5-6 months subscription box and the play shelf for my baby and can't wait for the next boxes. The quality of the playthings is excellent and I was surprised to see so much useful information on the guides (not just about the toys, but about baby's development in general). I don't think I'll need to get any other toys apart from the ones we're getting from Lovevery. Highly recommend!

I would give ten stars if I could! The quality of the toys is outstanding as well as the details that come with each box! My son loves every toy, they keep him engaged and have definitely aided the development of my 4 month old! I relish in the fact that I know each kit help him to grow at each stage! Thank you for developing such wonderful toys and kits to make parenting that little bit easier and more enjoyable!

👍 Top Quality: Excellent quality of the toys and very good tips on how to use the to interact with your baby. 👎 Slow Delivery: Delivery was on the slow side (around 5 working days). 👎 Slow Support: It took the agent at least 48 hours to answer each one of my messages. I had to follow up in more than one occasion. On the upside, the responses were useful as they helped to resolve the issue.

we are so happy with Lovevery and their play kits! the service is good and we love playing with the toys. when we still haven't given the last star, it's because we feel that you could be a LITTLE more flexible in your approach to a special agreement if, for example, you want to buy everything at once. And there are quite a few things you cannot buy in EU countries.

Really loved the kits. They’re so beautiful and my little girl liked the first kit. We have so much fun! Can’t wait to use them all. The only thing is that the books are not translated to French. This I say because I ordered the whole year and this is the only down. None of the books are translated from English.

Easy to build and great for storage. I bit the bullet and bought the play shelf even though it’s pricey it’s the best one I found with soft angles and the storage compartment. My little girl has been enjoying the height level it offers to her. She likes holding on the corners to stand (9mo)

I loved the play kit and the quality of the things. I didn’t like the ups delay because I paid 13€ for it and also the fact that my play kit box , which I planned to store for a second child was uses for transportation and is full of stickers and small damage.

I absolutely love how the toys look and feel, they are high quality, I do feel a little over priced, or maybe just over my budget, so I won't be able to maintain a subscription. I will purchase again when I feel the playkit matches our needs and can afford it!

All the toys are beautiful and of great quality. Our baby loves every single toy! The play mat is an absolute hit as well: so many things to discover over and over again. The delivery is fast. Lovevery is a bit expensive, but I definitely recommend it!

I really lime the quality. I do not lime that the shipping costs for greece are so high and also, the fact that you do not provide a special category and options for twins. I have twins and I can only Fill in the name of my one child for Example.

Pre-sale and customer support went great, I am not giving the 5th star just because the delivery is taking longer than expected (it should have taken 3-5 days, but it's been 10 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received it yet)

The perfect toys ! Since I’d bought them my son is actually learning at the same time he’s loving it and having so much fun ! And ain’t even talk about the sustainability, quality so beautifully made. We’re the biggest fans!

Wir haben ein Ersatzteil für ein Produkt benötigt. Der Service war super und ging sehr schnell. Der Versand hat leider etwas lange gebraucht, bis es aus dem Lager rausgegangen ist. Aber insgesamt ist trotzdem alles fein 👍

It’s so nice not having to think about what toys are interesting for the development of my child. We don’t have a hoge amount of toys scattered around the house and my son can focus onnolay for a long time.
