Reviews:

I’ve ordered from Heat Supply multiple times for myself and my colleagues at work and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their selection of hot sauces is absolutely massive, with something for everyone: from people who enjoy a mild kick to serious chili-heads looking for extreme heat. No matter your spice tolerance, you’re guaranteed to find sauces you’ll love. The website is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to discover new sauces and place an order. The checkout process is smooth, hassle-free, and shipping is always fast and reliable. I also love that they produce their own sauces, which are excellent and stand up against the best brands they carry. It’s clear that Heat Supply is run by people who genuinely care about great hot sauce and customer satisfaction. If you’re a hot sauce fan, I highly recommend Heat Supply. Fantastic selection, great products, an easy shopping experience, and fast delivery every time.

I don't have any complain about your company, I normally make 1 or 2 orders each year (when I run out of hot sauce), and is always fast, and without any problems. And I can taste sauces that I can't obtain in Spain in other ways. As always, thank you for making this website.

It’s my first time ordering from Heat Supply. It’s super handy to have an EU supplier that supplies products from the UK as it’s so difficult to get them where I live (Spain). Ordered first thing on Monday morning and received them on Wednesday, so I’m very impressed. Happy to say that I’ve found my go-to chili oil/hot sauce supplier!!!

Fantastic website, with an amazing selection of hot sauces. Everytime I place an order, I discover a uniquely delicious sauce. Reasonable prices and good quality sauces. I like to see what the staff picks and recommends, they always have good suggestions!

It’s the fifth time I order from Heatsupply and the quality and care are always there. Everything comes perfectly wrapped in cardboard so it’s almost impossible for any bottle to break. I cannot wait for the next order!

I’m always buying Hot Supply sauces for my husband, and he is so impressed with them, he absolutely loves every one we’ve tried! Since discovering these sauces, he doesn’t go for any other brand. Thanks so much! 😊

Top. As always. Sauces are delicious, delivery is fast. And since the order is sent with DHL instead of GLS, it actually arrives at my home instead of me picking it up from somewhere else. Keep up your good work.

A fantastic experience so far. I have already ordered 3 times or so. I am always happy with the selection of sauces and the ordering experience.

Amazing product range ! (although I’d like to find the Yellow Bird Habanero sauce that seems to be missing from the currently available product list..maybe I missed it ?!). Fast and seamless delivery to southern Belgium. I can’t think of anything that could be done better .. ?! Keep it up !

Thanks for the quick delivery and careful packaging. Wish the hot ones range would be wide, there are more I want to try but can’t find here. Anyway, thanks for being a reliable source for import sauce! :)

there was not one thing to not like about my purchase :) my 6 sauces are all delicious as well as hot :D they were wrapped up really carefully and professionally, big thanks for that! I received my order in about 3 or 4 days altough I live in Austria!!! really fast! and the payment was also very easy and uncomplicated :) thank you very much for everything and when my bottles are empty, I will 100% order a new batch with new flavours from this website :)

Great product descriptions and communication, super-quick delivery. Smart and safe packaging. A company that want you to have a great experience, from the first click to the final hot sauce drop. Such good service warms a customer's heart as much as the hot sauces heat up the lips and throats.

Good shop But there is a lot problems with language You could improve that part :) And clicking on reviews, the scrolling function breaks. It keeps going upward

Very fast delivery from NL to DE. Sauces had long expiration date which is something i was worried about, when i ordered a few different hot sauces. So very happy with my order!

The range which HeatSupply has is awesome - I always find something which I want to try. Come for the Harissa, stay for the hot honey...

So far, having ordered "Hot" and "Very Hot" sauces, the heat levels are very accurate! Legit, when they tell you that the "Wild Sauce Co Oh, Hot Berry" sauce with Habanero in it, is spicier than the "Karma Ghost Island" sauce with Ghost Pepper in it...they mean it! And I love that I can rely on those indicators, knowing the heat level ahead of time is wonderful :D I got this order shockingly quick too, which is always a plus!

Heat Supply is always quality experience, great customer service, and excellent product! I’m a longtime customer and will remain one forever.

I really liked how the website looks and how massive its selection is. In my opinion, I would like all hot sauces to have their own review videos in ways the sauces are meant to be used.

Great products! One of the heatsuply crunchy oils was a but open and leaked a bit, please check if all jars are well closed before sending.

Amazing assortiment and fantastic that you describe on site what best to match the hot sauce with. I ordered so many and find them all to be just the perfect finish to my every meal. Couldn't be more happy and cant wait to order again!
