It’s my first time ordering from Heat Supply. It’s super handy to have an EU supplier that supplies products from the UK as it’s so difficult to get them where I live (Spain). Ordered first thing on Monday morning and received them on Wednesday, so I’m very impressed. Happy to say that I’ve found my go-to chili oil/hot sauce supplier!!!

Amazing product range ! (although I’d like to find the Yellow Bird Habanero sauce that seems to be missing from the currently available product list..maybe I missed it ?!). Fast and seamless delivery to southern Belgium. I can’t think of anything that could be done better .. ?! Keep it up !

there was not one thing to not like about my purchase :) my 6 sauces are all delicious as well as hot :D they were wrapped up really carefully and professionally, big thanks for that! I received my order in about 3 or 4 days altough I live in Austria!!! really fast! and the payment was also very easy and uncomplicated :) thank you very much for everything and when my bottles are empty, I will 100% order a new batch with new flavours from this website :)

Great product descriptions and communication, super-quick delivery. Smart and safe packaging. A company that want you to have a great experience, from the first click to the final hot sauce drop. Such good service warms a customer's heart as much as the hot sauces heat up the lips and throats.

Good shop But there is a lot problems with language You could improve that part :) And clicking on reviews, the scrolling function breaks. It keeps going upward

Very fast delivery from NL to DE. Sauces had long expiration date which is something i was worried about, when i ordered a few different hot sauces. So very happy with my order!

So far, having ordered "Hot" and "Very Hot" sauces, the heat levels are very accurate! Legit, when they tell you that the "Wild Sauce Co Oh, Hot Berry" sauce with Habanero in it, is spicier than the "Karma Ghost Island" sauce with Ghost Pepper in it...they mean it! And I love that I can rely on those indicators, knowing the heat level ahead of time is wonderful :D I got this order shockingly quick too, which is always a plus!
