Problem with order 13970901320. Ordered 2 products, got only 1

I would like to share my feedback regarding a very disappointing experience with my recent order. After placing the order, I waited three days without receiving any tracking number. I then spent another three days writing to all listed customer support emails, but received no response at all. When I finally heard back from support, I was informed that my order had still not been shipped — a full week after the purchase — due to a “technical issue.” I understood that such things can happen and calmly requested a refund, since I knew I would be leaving the country and would not be able to receive the package. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and the order was sent out anyway. As a result, I never received it and most likely never will. In addition, your customer support system is unreliable — emails often fail to go through the first time, and communication takes far too long. Overall, this situation has caused me a lot of inconvenience and left a very negative impression of your service. I truly hope you will review your processes and improve both communication and customer care.

Softshell is beautiful. But I wrote to customer service and didn't get any answer, that's a little bit sad. But in all, everithing is good.

I like the colors and the comfort of the softsell overall. I just miss a pocket to put handkerchief in.
