Hello fast delivery well packaged price and shipping correct compared to competitors Only drawback is that when you want assembly advice the advice section doesn't exist contact to join I admit that I struggled I had on a battery (for my mover) a quick lock but when I wanted to put this very practical system the current did not pass tapered connections? I bought 6 -6 ring terminals but since the base of the connections is wide it hit the terminal I repurchased 6-8 ring terminals and it works well If I could have had the advice beforehand I would have had less cost and time It's a shame that I can't mount the quick lock system I haven't told you the details of my difficulties when we coincided in a caravan compartment with all the original wiring to crush the terminals which are of absolute rigidity ……\n

The purchase was very good, but returning an item is terrible because I've been requesting the return label for an item mentioned in the emails I've sent for a lot of days now, and I still haven't received anything. The return period is going to expire or lapse. Please respond for once and send me the return label via email, thank you very much. I still have to make four more windows, but until I receive the return label, I will not proceed.

I changed my LPG bottle for an aluminum one. I struggled quite a bit on different sites to assemble my cart. Because I wanted to ensure perfect compatibility between the German references and part of the French equipment I was keeping. That's where assistance in French would be very helpful. Everything is in place now and it works, with a final reasonable price.

We made 2 online orders and purchases in stores in various locations in Germany. Staff available, even with language difficulties, to help us and explain the products, with availability and kindness. The shipment was faster than expected. Well packed. I don't give five stars to the cover because I just put it on and don't know what result it will give, but at first glance, the size fits well and it seems to be of good quality. What doesn't appeal are the plastic elements to tie it, I think over time they will dry out and the strap will no longer work.

So far, excellent experience. Delivery on time and well packaged. Tracking worked perfectly. The battery has been in use for a week now and seems to do everything I bought it for. It looks sturdy, the app works a bit slowly but does what it's supposed to do, providing decent information. Installation was a breeze, I could easily slide the battery under the front seat after removing the front panel.

The roof fan was delivered quickly and was easy to install. Apart from not fixing it in place with the screws provided, and using Sikaflex 522, the installation was quite easy. I have now connected it to my 12v system and it runs flawlessly. It took some time to find a reliable 12v supply in my 26 year old Hymer B544, but once connected it vents the van very well, in either direction. The quality of the fan and parts appears to be good. My only criticism would be with the wire management on the control panel, which hangs loose and is difficult to place tidily when putting the bottom control panel in place, it definitely needs 2 people to do this and screw it in place without trapping or pinching the wires. I would recommend this fan unit to anyone thinking of installing one.

Delivered quite quickly only, with DPD, which is known for almost always damaged delivery. Again, this time the box was completely torn, which is a shame. But anyway, we needed an oven and so on because we were leaving the Netherlands the day after delivery. This is not Berger's fault, which is an excellent company.

Dear Sir/Madam, It is a nice caravan outdoor socket. The only thing I am disappointed with is the output power of the USB A and C ports, which have too little power to charge my iPhone and iPad, so I have to use the 220V socket again. This connection option led me to purchase this type of socket, unfortunately, for nothing. I hope you can/will accommodate me in some way, for example by refunding part of the cost or sending a replacement socket that can provide sufficient power. Despite the announced unavailability on the site, I received a notification within a few days that I could order. Order processed very quickly. Remarkable order tracking and greatly appreciated as the carrier (dpd) had my order traveling before finding the selected pickup location... At first glance (sheets not yet used, but washed) excellent quality of the fitted sheets. I am going to order another set. A point to improve: the cardboard packaging that arrived in very poor condition, probably crushed by other boxes placed on top by the carrier or delivery person. Fortunately, it wasn't fragile...

I ordered two foldable transport boxes. The shipment was sent in a disproportionate box and without any protection. Result: a fastening leg was broken during transport. Customer service takes 10 days to respond, and despite photos being sent, they had to be resent. I still have no response. I had to leave with a box that didn't stay closed. I got a response from customer service on Friday 24/07, they refunded one transport box. I have already received the transfer. I recommend this seller. A small note, they should also refund the shipping costs to be able to order another one. I would have preferred a free return.

Hello, good communication with good tracking of the parcel, attractive price, fast delivery, that’s the positive. I was very scared when opening the parcel, the inside of the fan's packaging sustained quite a bit of damage, but the fan itself had no damage. However, the outer box was fine, otherwise I would have refused it. I took some photos, but it is installed and works great. Please pass the information to whoever sends the parcels, thank you and keep up the good work.

Despite a delay, the delivery was overall fast and the assembly is quite easy. A visual explanation would still have been appreciated regarding the connection to the vehicle... Then to see in use, especially in case of bad weather... Being able to close it completely is really great when we stay a few days at the campsite, it will allow us to move with the van while leaving it in place (it will serve as a dining/game area for the family)

I bought this table to extend my dining table on special occasions so that 3 more people can sit at the table. The table is sturdy, stable, and very easy to fold and unfold. It's very convenient that the legs can be adjusted to different heights. I'm very happy with it.

Simple and clear site. For the ordered product, can you not provide accessories, at halfway and at the bottom, to hold the exterior curtains against the glass (like horizontal elastic straps)? The top is well held as it fits into a " slot ", but not in the middle and bottom part, simply because we do not systematically have handles or fastening options. Concerning the product quality, we’ll catch up in 10 years to review😀

Very good on your part, not on the delivery company's side. I'm satisfied with you, but I wasn't home and they left the package in a Chinese store, without calling us or letting us know they were going to leave it there. We spent two days looking for who had the package until you told us where the delivery person left it. They are very unpleasant, and when we went to pick it up, they caught our attention.

One concern I have is with the courier Brrger used here in Italy. The first attempt made by the courier to deliver was unsuccessful. The second attempt, they state, was unsuccessful even though I was home all day. No one presented themselves at my door. Delivery was then scheduled for my pickup at an agreed drop-off establishment.

The canopy meets my expectations. However, the finishing work is just scandalous ❓❓❓ The installation of the guy lines is not completed, 3 lines were not fixed or poorly fixed, the lines were not passed through the 3-hole fixing hooks ❓❓❓ Satisfied with the quality Satisfied with the speed of delivery Seems to be a good product, but it has only been used for 6 days currently! !!

I would like to suggest two improvements related to the shopping experience.\n\nIt would be useful to include, within the order confirmation, a dedicated email address to which one can write in case of problems or requests concerning the current order. This way, it would be easier to receive quick responses and have direct contact.\n\nAdditionally, I would like to point out that the delivery times indicated on the site did not match my experience. The site indicated 3-5 working days, but my order arrived after 19 days. I fully understand that the pre-holiday period can cause delays and an increased workload; however, I believe it would be appropriate to update the delivery times on the site to provide more realistic expectations for customers.\n\nAs for the received material, there's nothing to report: it arrived well-packaged, of excellent quality, and carefully made. Overall, I am satisfied with the product; I believe that more transparent communication about delivery times would make the shopping experience even better.
