Interfata site-ului este foarte usor de accesat si este usor de cautat, iar site-ul este foarte prietenos si intoarce rezultatele foarte repede. Ceea imi place mai putin este faptul ca cartile cu adevarat valoroase au preturi foarte apropiate de cele din librarii (iau ca reper libraria on-line LIBRISTO). De exemplu, in acest moment, volumul "Salt, Fat, acid, heat"by Samin Nosrat care este serios avariat, costa 21.69 Eur, cu doar 9 Eur mai putin decat varianta noua cumparata de pe Libristo. Deci as spune, fara a generaliza, ca in anumite cazuri preturile sunt totusi prea mari pentru carti second-hand.

I have bought 100 plus books from bookbot in the last few months. I'm based in Australia, and was looking for German children's books at reasonable prices - postage to Australia from Europe is already a killer, so the books couldn't be too expensive. There aren't many German books available in Australia, especially for young infants, so I had to start looking overseas. I'd never heard of Bookbot before - and to be honest, the website sounded a little too good to be true. It offers an enormous selection of 50 cent+ 2nd hand books in good condition, a huge variety of great quality titles categorised beautifully, and any damage to each book is meticulously & accurately detailed. What was the catch? Did they not ship internationally? Was this a scam website? Would delivery take 3 months or more? Unbelievably, there's no catch. This website is 101% legitimate, and absolutely does everything they say they'll do - and much more. I ordered 2 boxes of children's books (I got a little excited, I'll admit - but when the books cost between 50 cents and €2 - why not?) on a Tuesday morning, and by Friday morning that same week, they were waiting for me at my front doorstep, all the way from the Czech Republic via Germany to Melbourne. AMAZING. The postage price was extremely reasonable too - thank you. :-) The books were exactly as described online, and packed so carefully. I've read (and reread) a few of them with bubs already, who adores her new library additions. To sum, Bookbot absolutely blows my mind. The service, quality & variety on offer, speed, pricing, accuracy, and overall accessibility for international customers such as myself is in a league of its own. Amazon would not be able to compete with you. I don't think I've ever had the sincere and heartfelt pleasure of saying this before to any other company I've dealt with but, based on my first (with hopefully many more to come) order with Bookbot, I cannot think of a single thing you could do to improve. Your operations are flawless (phenomenal, even), and surpassed my expectations in every way. Thank you very much, for putting such a big smile on my little girl's face.

I am amazed at how well this secondhand bookstore works. The books are well catalogued and clearly marked for any damage or imperfections. The prices are surprisingly low and the delivery is quick and efficient. I love that I can put out watchdogs for authors or books I'm looking for. Honestly, this is one of the best discoveries I ever made. I recommend it to anyone who loves books.

First, I wasn't sure the site is authentic and legit but it turned out all was fine and the book I purchased was shipped within just a few days. Also I got all the mailing along the way so I knew the site wasn't fake. Even though the advert said the book was second hand, it was in pristine condition.

I've wanted to own this book for a long time, but I found the price of a new one to be very expensive. I found a second hand copy of it at Bookbot. Its price was reasonable and I am happy with my purchase. It a a wonderful book contentwise and it is in good shape. Thank you!

I'm not a very fussy reader so I'm not after the latest titles but offers me a good choice and very low prices cheaper than I can buy them at the second hand store. Books that are considered damaged are often just a little bit thumbed or have a slightly torn cover nothing that hampers the enjoyment of the book. The fact that you see the photograph of the actual book you are buying really helps.

The Pictures & descriptions are very accurate, huge selection to chose from, my orders always arrive here in Australia in under one week, I would highly recommend Bookbot to any one after cheap German language books here in Sydney, Australia (7 orders in the past two years)

What I would definitely change is that anyone can buy the book in the cart, t.ex while I'm just paying for it (it happened). This makes people less careful when shopping and increases the risk of returns. Putting a 1 hour booked in the cart is a completely reasonable solution, if someone is interested in the book, they will buy it even after 1 hour, but it would make the shopping much more pleasant. The other thing is that favorites can only be deleted one by one, and you can't select more to delete, or organize books by price, date, etc.

Initial question about Amazon excessive carriage answered promptly and I ordered directly. I was so pleased to see this book - I bought the original in Baku and a second copy was impossible to find - until I came across bookbot. Condition as new. So so happy - will buy another for friends travel lib to Azerbaijani. This is the best guide book by far.

My book arrived quickly and on time! All the way to California! I’m please with how it shipped, it arrived safe and in good condition. I was able to track it the whole time and when it arrived it was just as picture and described.

Bookbot are excellent. Their huge stock of books & efficient, professional service is second to none. Unfortunately the courier company they use for delivery to the UK, UPS, are not. I expected so much more from UPS, but there are constant delays, delivery dates promised that are then changed & occasionally books delivered to the wrong address. Bookbot - 5 Stars, UPS - 2 Stars.

I have over a thousand books on my bookshelf at the moment and a great deal of those books were acquired from Bookbot. All in very good shape (almost good as new) and ten times cheaper than actually buying a new one from a bookshop or Amazon.

Book in good condition, as clearly discribed. Something went wrong with package distribution, to Belgium, to Holland and than back to Belgium, but finally arrived today, only 3 days after expected time. OK for us!!!

I was suprised by the condition of the books. Everything is well described on the website. The pictures are very helpful! I was very skeptical about the method and procedures for shipping the book, but at the end everything was fine I'm sure I'II use bookbok again

Inpost shipping option is great! When you take pictures of the books, please take picture of the copyright page where are informations about publication date, edition and printing number. It is very important for book collectors.

I highly recommend using Bookbot. The book I ordered arrived very quickly (cross-border shipping). It's in perfect condition, exactly as described on the website. If I'm interested in any other book offered by Bookbot, I'll definitely be happy to take advantage of their offer.

I’m completely satisfied, but I would like to point out that there’s no loyalty program of any kind. I order very often, but I don’t get any extra discounts, just like someone who orders only once.

I really like the fact that book conditions are clearly defined and are accurate. I would add a tag with 'mold smell" where applicable. Otherwise, this is my favorite international shop of used books.
