It’s great to buy from Bookbot; the books are in very good condition.
Second-hand books in excellent condition are available in various languages, including German, Czech, French, Spanish, Slovak, and Dutch—it’s easy to find books in these languages at Bookbot. The book I purchased arrived quickly, and the package was very well prepared, with the book itself well protected. I highly recommend Bookbot to everyone, especially those looking for books in different languages.

Third Book Order Review
I just received my THIRD book order from BookBot. It arrived safely and soundly in the exact condition in which it was described. All of my orders have been securely packaged and incredibly promptly shipped! Your international shipping partnership with UPS is the best, lowest-cost service available, in my case from Czechia to the US. The books takes LESS than one week to arrive at me door!
I will continue to make purchases from your amazing selection of multi-language titles and look forward to finding the next book of interest.
Keep-up the great work!

I like
- pictures that are showing the exact same thing we receive, and the quality of the booka are rated totally fair and we can trust on that
- option to see different editions of the book
- tracability of the book availability is very interesting for me and like it very much.
Do better:
The ranges of the books are usually not as wide as some other bookshops such as world book or awesome books or amaxon. But far more trustable than world of books.

Your service is impeccable, but living in France and a handicapped 86 year old l would suggest you drop the pickup option as the French service is woeful requiring both ID and one of these box things before book would be released.
When reliant on others for pickupsthis does not help.
Re the book Uniforms of the world 🌎
A major disappointment as it is NOTa work of renowned Knotel colour illustrations or rreprint with anything except a list of details.
Maybe useful for academic study but is not what theKnotels are renowned for .

A long time ago!
A long time ago, in the early eighties, coming home from a round trip, Route Napoleon, Côte d‘Azur, Côte du Rhône, Switzerland, the Ende in Antibes popped up at the Stauffacher Book Store in Berne! I had to have it! Being in my twenties then! Ok, many decades later, watching a documentary on Arte TV about the French Mediterranean Coast… it popped up again, in my memories! Now, thnx to bookbot, I own a copy again! And love to read again, finding a long lost story but also my own memories forty years ago! Two stories merged in one book! Thanx guys! Natürlich spreche ich perfektes Deutsch, ist ja meine Muttersprache oder eben Schwyzerdütsch! Merci öich allne!

Customer service goes above and beyond, with detailed non-AI answers and help. Packages get shipped promptly and arrive quickly. Huge selection of books and the Watchdog is genius. Ordered here 13 times and will continue for as long as I am able. This site reminds me of the good old internet days. You even get a cute bookmark, for which my only suggestion is more designs.

Bookbot is No.1!
Bookbot is beyond fantastic! Incredible selection of books, flat shipping .rates, friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, you name it. I really can't see where they can improve, everything is just perfect. I wish Bookbot could make more inroads into countries like Poland and the Baltics, also Hungary. Think I just had to pay $70 shipping from a store in Budapest, double the amount of the purchase, while Bookbot would've charged just 5 Euros, flat rate! Thank you for existing, Bookbot!

Bookbot service was found to be honest, quick, consumer-commited, and everything worked like a charm. The payment process ran smoothly, confirmation and tracking emails were received immediatly, and the books received were as described. This all explains why I'm a regular user in a world where everything seems to fall to pieces. A big thanks to the team.

Great service
I was completely satisfied with the service. Fast delivery, and the books arrived in the same condition as it was written and shown on the website.
I was a bit nervous about the delivery options, lately Hungarian Post is not the most reliable service, it would be great if we could choose between more options. But thankfully my books arrived fast and in time.

Bookbot is a very reliable service. I have now ordered from them 6 times. After ordering through Amazon the first time, I quickly realized that it was much easier and better to order direct through Bookbot’s website as I can buy in bulk to reduce the shipping and import charges per book. The books are in the same condition as advertised. A quick tip when they say that there are multiple copies of a book available: you can look at each individual copy. If you do your homework, you can get some really nice books at lower prices.

Bookbot Review (Two Book Purchases)
Your prices are fantastic, both the list prices of the books and the UPS International Shipping (Czechia to the USA)! The promptness of your order-processing is first-rate. Your selection of classic European scientific texts, particularly those in French and German, is stellar. I look forward to future book purchases from Bookbot!

Two thumbs up!!
I like the whole concept of offering used books online, of nearly any language, sorted into groups of degree of wear and tear or mint condition. The ability to choose between 2 or more the same books based on price is highly advantageous - and the speed of shipping and handling is simply great. Overall I am very pleased with both my purchase and the entire experience!

To read is to rejuvenate.
I attribute 5 stars because in your shop I have found so many books I like and some which were a surprise to me because they were vintage from the '70s and I was so happy to buy them for my collection. Thank you very much indeed. I love foreign languages and history so I always have a look at your pages and would like to buy almost anything I see.

Satisfying
It’s really nice to be able to buy second hand books with the actual photos of the book instead of stock images.
The one I purchased was indicated with ‘notable scuffs / tears’ which was fine by me. However, it has a bit of underlined text - with blue pen - on multiple pages and library stamps in multiple places which should have been disclosed I believe.
I’m still happy with my purchase - fast shipping and well packaged.
Thank you.

Thank you once more time for being reliable at delivering the most sought after books. This Pearls will enlighten the mind during long autumnal evenings and colder days to come to fill them with reading steeped in wisdom and skills at dealing with the language of encouragement and aid.

Reliable and swift
You've been my preferred book-dealer for a while now because 1) you always seem to have what I'm looking for 2) you have great delivery communication and 3) you always deliver on the quality of the book in accordance to the quality rating. Thanks again !

An absolutely great experience!
This was my first time trying Bookbot, and I was very impressed. The shipping was amazingly fast. The books I ordered were exactly the copies shown on the website, and they were in the same condition as they appeared in the photos. I will definitely be ordering from Bookbot again in the future, and I’ll gladly recommend it to my friends!

The prices are competitive, there is a good range and interesting suggestions. Best of all, it's not that other company beginning with A so I'm not giving Uncle Jeff anymore money!! Plus I can sell my old books and buy more - what's not to love? ❤️
