Reviews:

I have been purchasing books from them since a long time now. They constantly offer great service and quality goods. Descriptions always match exactly the related items. Great selection of titles, quick and safe dispatch. Definitely recommended!

The books have been sent quickly and in the state stated in the site. No mistake has been made hence I have received all the books that I paid for. I like that I can add favourites in the site as I would like to purchase more books when they become available. I am also grateful the books are affordable as buying them new is just too expensive.

Great service: quick and efficient. Very happy with my order. The books are hardly used and look and feel like new. Very good prices. It was the second time that I'd ordered from bookbot and I'm very likely to do so again in the future.

It's such an exciting website and initiative 💓💓 I'm thrilled to find beautiful art books etc for such prices. I even found a biography on Frida kahlo for 1.59 eur... That's amazing. Thx!

Veliki izbor dobrih i rijetkih knjiga. Lako naručivanje i plaćanje. Jednostavna komunikacija. Brza isporuka i dostava. Više puta sam naručivao, kao što ću nastaviti pretraživanje knjiga, zbog toga svakako preporučujem kupovinu u Bookbotu.

Everything was much better than I expected, from head to toe. Excellent quality and great service. I would definitely recommend this seller and hope to shop here again soon!

Great experience for first purchase. I think that the order process was surprisingly easy and I appreciate the possibility to pay by bank transfer as it was my first time using bookbot. The condition of the book was as described. Also it arrived in the promised time.

A very good service for obtaining difficult to get items. It's fast and efficient. I think that the only problem is the name. My bank was suspicious of anything with 'bot' in the name and I had to ok the purchase with my bank! Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with this service, I have used it before and will use it again.

Great experience! I bought several books and everything went smoothly. The price was very fair, the books arrived quickly, and they are in great condition. The whole process was simple and uncomplicated. Highly recommended!

A great service, I ordered a rare book I’d wanted for years. The delivery was very fast going from Czechia to Germany and finally to me in UK in only a few days! Would highly recommend!

Im really happy with my experience!!! Insanely good price for the books - even though one was described as in good condition its in perfect one for me. Very quick delivery and nicely packed package🫶🫶🫶 HIGHLY recommend and i will for sure order again!

I have bought 100 plus books from bookbot in the last few months. I can sincerely say that every single one of those books were in extremely good tip top condition and purchased at bargain basement prices.. I intend to be a loyal customer of bookbot for a very long time to come. Thank you Bookbot! 💚🤍🧡 Slainte 🍀 Paul Martin Poet Wolf 🐺

The book arrived in a better condition than I thought, delivery was very fast and all in all very happy with the website and my purchase. Would definitely recommend and, if I find something else I like, order again!

Excellent condition of book, good communication and a vary timely delivery. I hope to use Bookbot again as they have some obscure books I’m looking for. Excellent

La única pega que tengo es qque me dijeron que llegaba mi paquete en 5 días y tardó 8 días. Por lo demás, satisfecha con mi compra y los libros en buen estado. Gracias

I'm based in Australia, and was looking for German children's books at reasonable prices - postage to Australia from Europe is already a killer, so the books couldn't be too expensive. There aren't many German books available in Australia, especially for young infants, so I had to start looking overseas. I'd never heard of Bookbot before - and to be honest, the website sounded a little too good to be true. It offers an enormous selection of 50 cent+ 2nd hand books in good condition, a huge variety of great quality titles categorised beautifully, and any damage to each book is meticulously & accurately detailed. What was the catch? Did they not ship internationally? Was this a scam website? Would delivery take 3 months or more? Unbelievably, there's no catch. This website is 101% legitimate, and absolutely does everything they say they'll do - and much more. I ordered 2 boxes of children's books (I got a little excited, I'll admit - but when the books cost between 50 cents and €2 - why not?) on a Tuesday morning, and by Friday morning that same week, they were waiting for me at my front doorstep, all the way from the Czech Republic via Germany to Melbourne. AMAZING. The postage price was extremely reasonable too - thank you. :-) The books were exactly as described online, and packed so carefully. I've read (and reread) a few of them with bubs already, who adores her new library additions. To sum, Bookbot absolutely blows my mind. The service, quality & variety on offer, speed, pricing, accuracy, and overall accessibility for international customers such as myself is in a league of its own. Amazon would not be able to compete with you. I don't think I've ever had the sincere and heartfelt pleasure of saying this before to any other company I've dealt with but, based on my first (with hopefully many more to come) order with Bookbot, I cannot think of a single thing you could do to improve. Your operations are flawless (phenomenal, even), and surpassed my expectations in every way. Thank you very much, for putting such a big smile on my little girl's face.

Found the book I otherwise should have waited for month for a new edition and got it less than a week in a perfect condition! Im sure Ill be back!

Very clear communication, very quick delivery. It was a very nice surprise that the items ordered arrived in time. With other delivery companies I waited for weeks, here it was delivered within days. Excellent!!

I've been buying from Bookbot for about a year now & have always had exemplary service from them. The books are good quality & the UPS courier is speedy & efficient. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👏🏻
