Was sceptical and didn’t buy anything for long time. When finally tried last week everything arrived very fast. Ordered Saturday, got everything on Tuesday. Also forgot to add few things and contacted through email, they were very helpful and I got everything I wanted. I ordered 2 tarantula slings, 1 praying mantis nymph, flightless fruit flies and a few containers for them. Everyone arrived alive, mantis already molted and one tarantula is about to molt, everyone is drinking and eating except that one tarantula but he is making “nest” to molt so that’s not surprising. I will 100% order again and recommend also. It’s easy, fast and I had no issues. Thanks a lot for the little ones!

The mantis arrived unharmed. It did molt in the first two days i got it but thats just bad luck lol. Ill probably buy here again. 5/5 (Bought L 2-3 spiny flower mantis/pseudocreobotra wahlbergii)

I ordered a Xenesthis immanis, it arrived alive and intact after a few days travelling to the UK from Germany in winter temps. The packaging was good and they didn't delay in dispatching. My only complaint is their measurements of their stock is a little confusing as I thought I was receiving a significantly smaller spider as I assumed it was the leg span but it seems they measured the body instead (not that I'm complaining about getting a bigger specimen but I hadn't prepared for it). I should also note that my order was over 200 euros and I did not receive a customs charge.

I received my happy L2 sized Mantis very easily! Never ordered a Mantis online before as I was very worried it wouldn't make the journey but will definitely order again with you.

The Zebra Gottesanbeterin arrived quickly and in perfect health. She is a beautiful animal! I also ordered food for her, and Insektenliebe sent small Grillen who also arrived healthy. I will certainly order from Insektenliebe again!

So far , i had no casualties , shipping is good but kinda annoying dat 48 euro for animals but it does arrives next day. It should be a option of 10-15 euro for normal 2-3 days just like accesories. Rest everything is good, specialy the containers. Im gona order more from them in terms of accesories and containers.

a parte la sedizione non arrivata al domicilio indicato ma ad un punto di ritiro direi che bisognerebbe trovare un modo di non far rovesciare il contenitore dei moscerini in quanto molti non sopravvivono al viaggio, ma mi rendo conto che e' difficile che un pacco non venga capovolto durate il trasposrto

My daughter ordered a ghost pray mantis. It came within a few days and was shipped safely. The pray mantis is small and neat to feed and watch. Price is also reasonable compared to going to Kölle Zoo or other stores .
