Review summary
Customers highly appreciate the beer's crisp, refreshing, and smooth taste, noting its distinctive quality compared to other lagers. The unique and stylish bottle design is often praised for its elegance and premium feel, making it especially impressive for social occasions. Delivery is generally fast and reliable, and customer service receives positive feedback for being responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve issues. Packaging is frequently commended for its attractive design and secure packing. However, some customers have experienced damaged or delayed shipments, and there are occasional reports of bottles arriving broken. While many recognize the beer's high price as a reflection of its quality, others feel it is expensive for what it offers.

Best bottled beer ever and what a stunning bottle. Delivered to your door in a couple of days, ideal for parties, everyone comments on the bottle design but then when they take a drink they get really impressed.

Great service
Quick and easy to order and delivery is always super quick! One occasion had a broken bottle and NOAM responded to an email within hours and solved the issue!
Great beer, friends are impressed by the bottles alone

Easy to order.
Ordered on Friday morning and it was delivered on Saturday midday.which I think was brilliant service .
In the freeze for a few hours bingo!! One of the best lagers I’ve tasted. Smooth silky and tastes great .

Really like the Beer. Clean, crisp, great looking bottle and best served ice cold.
(Shame that DHL are a terribly unreliable courier. 3 orders from NOAM, 3 delays, cancellations or failure to find a collection point)

Beer & delivery were exceptional
Delivery was exceptional, practically next day. The beer itself is crisp and refreshing. One of the “crispest” I think on the market right now, not sure if it’s the water used to brew - but it’s delicious!

A crisp and light beer from München
The beer is crisp and light. A wonderful colour in a beautiful bottle. The best beer I’ve tasted in a long time. The delivery time is astonishing and the packaging is typical German engineering at its best.

I like the way you handled the situation as I had damaged goods and you didn’t give me so much trouble and you sent it out hopefullystraight away shows that you’re a good company

I think the beer is fantastic and recommended to many friends. My 60th birthday on the 25th of this month and lunching at the Ivy city gardens in London I hope they serve it

Great beer well packaged but broken bottle
It’s great beer, quick delivery and generally very well packaged but can’t give it 5 stars as one bottle arrived smashed - and consequently the whole box was wet. Not really vendors fault.

Excellent experience from start to finish with the order and very quick delivery: Naturally, it should go without saying that the beer is excellent too!

Fresh and stylish at the same time
Fresh, smooth and very good beer with a nice, crispy taste. Comes in a most elegant bottle, which is a pleasure to serve. And to drink, of course. Thanks!

Love the taste and service is first class. Really like the ice bucket but so expensive maybe have a points system that you can redeem to bring the price down the more beer you ordered? Thanks
